The following Gas and Electric Companies provide service to the City of Shawneetown community. Please contact them directly for assistance in obtaining these services for your home.

Below are documents that show the Consumer's Gas Rate for the current month. You will see the Distribution Charges, Gas Supply Charge, and the State Utility Tax. These are the charges directly from Consumers Gas. The only profit the city gets is a $5 per unit charge to pay for expenses out of the Gas Department. I wanted to share this information so you can see where your City Gas charges comes from.
